NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING of the HPN Council of Unit Owners

As prescribed in Article III, Section 4 of the HPN Bylaws, formal notice is hereby given that the Annual Owners Meeting and Elections will be held on Saturday September 9th, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. at the Princess Royale Resort, 91 street, Ocean front. Signs will be posted in the lobby directing you to the meeting room. Purpose of this meeting will be to conduct elections and transact other business of the Council. As a reminder, this meeting is only open to owners or their legal representative. Family members and their friends are welcome join us all at the deck party!

We have two positions open on the High Point North Condominium Board of Directors:

THREE YEAR TERM; Elect two

Committee Chairperson for the 2023 Nominating Committee is Laura Hill (2-F; 610-854-8444). If you are interested in running for these positions, please notify the HPN office with your intent to run and supply the HPNC Office (410-524-1761, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with your written credentials and qualifications (a brief résumé) so you may be placed on the ballot (as required by HPN Bylaws, Article IV). As additionally provided by HPN Bylaws, nominations may also be made from the floor at the Owners Meeting.
