Notice of Elections
As prescribed in Article III, Section 4 of the HPN Bylaws, formal notice is hereby given that the Annual Owners Meeting and Elections will be held on Saturday September 14th, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 9901 Coastal Highway, behind St. Luke Catholic Church. Purpose of this meeting will be to conduct elections and review other business of the Council. As a reminder, this meeting is only open to owners or their legal representative. Family members and their friends are welcome join us all at the deck party!
We have one THREE YEAR TERM on the High Point North Condominium Board of Directors:
Committee Chairperson for the 2024 Nominating Committee is Laura Hill (2-F; 610-864-8444). If you are interested in running for these positions, please notify the HPN office with your intent to run and supply the HPNC Office (410-524-1761, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with your written credentials and qualifications (a brief résumé) prior to August 13th so you may be placed on the ballot (as required by HPN Bylaws, Article IV). As additionally provided by HPN Bylaws, nominations may also be made from the floor at the Owners Meeting.
If you cannot make the meeting, a proxy form will be sent out with the resumes of those interested in running at a later date.
