WATER SHUTDOWN; OWNER'S MEETING DATE CHANGE

COUNTDOWN TO SUMMER; PARKING REGISTRATION FEE INCREASING TO $30

WATER SHUTDOWN - TUESDAY, MAY 8th
All water will be shut off within the building at 9AM on Tuesday, May 8th.

The water main coming into the building has developed a leak and must be repaired. We are hoping that the shutoff will not last more than 3 hours. After service is restored you may notice some discoloration in the water for a few hours.

Just 3 weeks left until the Memorial Day Weekend, and the HPN staff has been busy finishing up many tasks.
- The Lobby upgrade is basically complete, with only a few more accessories on the way
- Elevator Tower Damage from SuperStorm Sandy is almost complete. New windows have been fabricated and will be installed over the next 2 weeks. Interior panels below the windows have been upgraded and repaired, and will be painted after the windows are installed
- New tables, refurbished furniture and a teak bar are on the deck now and ready for business.
- Although it won't officially open until Friday, May 24th, the pool is filled and in the final stages of filtering and cleaning.
- The ramp from the deck to the ocean is complete
- New plantings have been placed on the dunes and other areas around the building.

PARKING REGISTRATION FEE TO INCREASE BY $5
The Board recently completed a study of summer Parking Registration Fees charged by neighboring condominiums in North Ocean City. It was determined that HPN's fee was not consistent with other buildings, some of which are charging $40 to $55 per car. At the Board meeting held on 4/27, the Board voted for a modest increase of $5 to $30 per car. Please advise your renters.
